I am shocked Akufo-Addo is denying importation of presidential cars – Adu Asare

A former Presidential staffer and a former Member of Parliament (MP) for Adenta constituency in the Greater Accra region, Kojo Adu Asare has expressed shock on government’s stance that it did not asked the former Mahama administration to order 44 cars on their behalf.

Although the former legislature could not be emphatic on the date a meeting was scheduled for the then outgoing and incoming administration, he but added that there was a meeting where the President Nana Akufo-Addo asked the previous administration to order the cars.

Meanwhile, government has denied vehemently the accusation and asked the National Democratic Congress (NDC) officials who are making this wild allegation to prove beyond reasonable doubt.

Speaking on this on this matter on Kasapa FM’s ‘Si Mi So’ hosted by Akwasi Nsiah, Adu Asare wondered why government officials who were at the said meeting are mum but rather those who were nowhere near the flagstaff house are ranting.
