The Member of Parliament for Lawra and Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways, Anthony Abayifa Karbo has commended workers for their contribution to the growth of the country.
In a May Day message to workers he said: “I am proud of our gallant labour force who toil day and night to ensure the success of our beloved nation. From the CEOs in the multi-national corporations in our big cities to the peasant farmers in our little towns; we say Ayekoo and Thank you for your dedication to the course of Ghana.
Your collective contribution to the building of our nation through these 60 years of her existence can never be written off. On behalf of my constituents and from the very depths of my heart, I wish all workers a Happy worker’s day”
