A man believed to be in his mid- twenties and his wife have died in a mysterious case of poisoning.
The incident happened on Wednesday night at Komfreh in the Shama Ashanti district of the Western Region.
According to reports, the man known in private life as Bismark is suspected to have poisoned his wife first.
Assembly man for the area, Percy Ahenkwa, who narrated the incident to XYZ NEWS said when he got to the scene, the man was in great pain. He then arranged for him to be sent to a Hospital in a taxi. On the way to the hospital, the man gave up the ghost.
He said the matter has been reported to the police who have commenced investigations into the case.
