Tarkwa, Jan 20, GNA – A 34-year-old hunter, Kwame Dufuor, has been arrested for shooting to death a 24-year-old man he mistook for an animal. He claimed he spotted an animal when he went hunting at night and shot it but it turned out to be a human being. Dufuor said after he had fired the shot he heard someone screaming for help, so he dashed to the village and sought the assistance of a friend. But when he returned with the friend the victim had died. He reported the incident to the police and they took the body to the hospital.
