Hundreds celebrate as court reverses EC’s disqualification of PPP’s Papa Kwesi Nduom

Thousands of supporters of the Progressive Peoples Party will be celebrating deep into the night today. This follows a high court ruling revoking the Electoral Commission’s disqualification of their party flagbearer and presidential nominee for the 2016 general elections, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.

For party sympathisers who were in no mood to catch up on the action later in the day, they thronged the new court complex Friday morning [some as early as 5 am] to witness first hand the victory of their party.
