How Ghanaians rate Akufo-Addo’s first 100 days in office

President Nana Akufo-Addo’s 100-day benchmark is almost due and many have began assessing his performance already, whereas many are of the view that his performance is average, some others believe the President has disappointed Ghanaians.

Some of Ghana’s major political parties have named gross lawlessness by some of NPP’s members as a major failure and institutions such as the Center for Democratic governance have slammed government over some of its decisions.

The NPP’s ‘elephant-sized’ government and issues surrounding the incessant attacks by pro-government vigilante groups have not been left out as reasons for its failings by far.

National Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Portuphy at a recent press conference also added his voice jabbing the President over some of his choices. According to him, Ghanaians have traded their color tv’s for black and white ones by voting out Mahama and opting for President Akufo-Addo.
