Hot sex kills man

A 57-year old resident of Pompola Quarters at Obuasi in the Ashanti Region signed his death warrant on Thursday morning, after ignoring warnings from medical officers to suspend having sexual intercourse because of his heart related illness.

Paul Cobbinah aka KB, a wagner jack operator at AngloGold Ashanti (AGA), died suddenly while he was in bed with his girlfriend at a hotel in the golden city. Sources said the handsome man died around 3:00pm after he checked into the hotel at exactly 11:30am with the lady to relax and have fun.

He had told one of his two wives that he was going for medical examination at the AGA hospital, but changed direction and drove his 4×4 car to the hotel where he met his untimely death as a result of heart failure.

KB died after frantic efforts by the hotel attendants and his girlfriend to save his life failed. He was pronounced dead by doctors at AGA hospital upon arrival and his body has since been deposited at the morgue awaiting autopsy, while the young lady has gone into hiding.

A police source confirmed the incident to Daily Gide and indicated that the deceased was said to have lodged in the hotel room with the said girlfriend and taken some drinks before retiring to bed. “The ill-fated incident happened when Cobbinah complained of severe chest and heart pains.

The woman then called the hotel attendants, who rushed to the room to render assistance. He died whilst he was being transported to the hospital,” the police pointed out.

The woman, according to the police at this point tricked the hotel attendants that she had left her mobile phone in the hotel room after sensing danger and dashed out quickly without any trace of her whereabouts.

So far, the police do not suspect any foul play in the case unless autopsy proves otherwise and would need the woman to assist them in their investigations.
