Communications team member for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Boakye usually called Nana Bee says the current hooting phenomenon behind President Mahama’s campaign trips in most of the regions he visits are not intentional acts to sabotage him.
“Such acts I believe are signs to send him signals on how bad he has managed the economy, therefore his preparation to leave government at all cost,” he clarified.
Speaking on UTV’s morning show panel discussion, Nana Bee indicated that there would be no word for him to use based on the relationship between the EC and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) than to say “NDC is in bed with the EC”.
“I get amazed at why the Chairperson of the EC, Mrs Charlotte Osei, who is a legal person has opened up herself to welcome legal battles, which would demise her reputation all in the name of NDC”.
No Ghanaian would ever doubt me on this my analysis because members of the NDC are everywhere and at any juncture defending the EC on issues raised concerning the EC.
“Leaders of the NDC should tell us if they are now part of the EC?” he asked.
