Ho Poly To Re-open On Monday

Accra (GAR), June 27, – Ho Polytechnic which was closed down last Wednesday following students’ protest against government decision not to accord degree status to the Higher National Diploma (HND), This followed an agreement reached between the Regional Minister, the Principal and the Students Representative Council (SRC), Mr Richard K. Oguaah who is in charge of polytechnics of the Minist He said the school is being re-opened with the understanding that the students would no more resort to vi Polytechnics in the country went on demonstration on Tuesday following a statement by the Ministry of Education that the HND ranks next to a first degree.
