Ho Central NPP seeks to settle case out court

Ho, July 21, GNA- Mr Justice Paul Gyaesaeyor, Volta Region Supervising High Court Judge, on Monday granted a request for out-of-court settlement of the dispute between two factions of the Ho Central Constituency Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Mr Justice Gyaesaeyor gave the applicant, Mr Patrick Agbenorwosi, a founding member of the NPP in the Volta Region, up to July 30, to report the outcome of the settlement to the court.

The plaintiffs led by Mr Seth Anyadi, who was elected on April 12 by the Ho Central Constituency of the party, is seeking the court’s order to quash the May 30 election of a rival executive’s group led by Mr Vans Seshie Torblu.
