A heavy duty vehicle has taken a heavy fall, Friday along the Achimota end of N1 Highway leaving the driver slightly bruised and completely shocked.
The driver of the vehicle was said to have lost control of the vehicle whilst taking a turn at the Achimota Forest round about towards Dzorwulu in Accra.
The vehicle veered completely off the road, broke the metal railings and fell on its side just in front of a house.
The driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, survived the fall.
He came out of the vehicle shortly after it tumbled and appeared healthy, but was alleged to have collapsed shortly after.
He was rushed to the hospital, Myjoyonline.com’s David Andoh reported.
The police have arrived on the scene of the accident and are helping to tow the vehicle.
