Healthcare For Ghana Through Sponsorship

Well-Care Foundation for Africa, Inc. is a Not-for-Profit Organization registered in New York State, USA, and in Ghana, West Africa. WCFA, Inc. is here to assist in the delivery of quality and affordable medical care to the people of Ghana through sponsorship by family, friends, employers and acquaintances in the Diaspora. This will afford Sponsors the peace of mind that their family members? health needs are being taken care of adequately.

The Sponsor will be referred to as the Participating Sponsor (PS), and the beneficiary will be called the Participating Member (PM). You may also sponsor yourself.

Everybody is eligible for coverage, regardless of age, gender, race, socio-economic standing, political affiliations, educational level, etc.

The PS and the PM have to select a doctor/clinic, pharmacist /pharmacy, and diagnostics/ laboratory etc. from a Network of highly qualified health care providers, to be called Participating Providers (PP).

Well-Care Foundation for Africa, Inc. seeks:

 To provide affordable and quality Medical Coverage to every Ghanaian.

 To promote preventive measures by encouraging members to visit their doctors, at least once every year for medical check ups.

 To promote a good relationship between members and participating health care providers, i.e., doctors, pharmacists, laboratory technicians, etc.

 To ensure that health-care providers are fairly compensated for their services.

 To encourage people to sponsor their family members, friends, employees, etc.

 To give the public other options of medical care to complement the efforts of governmental and other health agencies.
