Headmaster of Prempeh College inducted into office

Kumasi, March 15, GNA – The Headmaster of Prempeh College, Mr Emmanuel Kwabena Yeboah, has been officially inducted into office at a ceremony in Kumasi.

The Reverend Annim Oppong, Clerk of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, performed the ceremony. Among the huge crowd that gathered to witness the occasion were the Akyempimhene, Oheneba Adusei Poku, and the Methodist Bishop of Kumasi, the Right Reverend Professor Osei Sarfo-Kantanka.

Mr Yeboah pledged to work in closer cooperation with all stakeholders to build on the school’s solid academic performance. He invited the teaching staff to work hard and make sacrifices to raise Prempeh College to greater heights. The school was jointly established by the Presbyterian and Methodist Churches with support from the Kumasi Traditional Council. Oheneba Adusei Poku assured the school of the continued support of the Asantehene to enable it to produce good leaders for the country.
