Hassan Ayariga: Internal wrangling killed my ambition

The presidential candidate of the People’s National Convention, PNC, Hassan Ayariga, is blaming internal wrangling in the party for the abysmal performance in this year’s election.

The party earlier had three seats but now reduced to only one.

Mr. Hassan Ayariga said a party in which division is rife, cannot do well in elections.

He refuted allegations that he was doing the bidding of the National Democratic Congress, NDC.

The only Independent Candidate, Jacob Osei Yeboah commended the security agencies, the media and Ghanaians in general for the peaceful manner in which they conducted the elections.

The 2012 CPP Presidential Candidate, Dr. Abu Sakara, says he is disappointed at his performance because if the electorate had kept their promise of voting for him, the CPP could have done better.
