The concert, which is slated for March 4, at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), is aimed at raising funds to rehabilitate the Male’s Ward of the Pantang Psychiatric Hospital.

He said the past years witnessed choral and contemporary music, together with highlife music. “This year there’s going to be a new thing on board. We’re doing drama and the music as well. It’s going to be a power-packed event,” he said.

“Last year, we gave clothes, food items, mattresses and some money and they should be used by now. Since we’ve adopted them, they are like our children and we should be feeding them all the time,” he told The Finder.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, Mr Emmanuel Agyarko, who chaired the launching ceremony, applauded the students for the initiative. He donated an amount of GH? 500 and pledged to gather clothes and food items as well as his presence for the donation to the hospital.
