Guinea Bissau President Departs

Accra, Aug. 18, GNA – President Koumba Yala of Guinea-Bissau left Accra on Monday for home after a two-day visit.

The visit was to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

During his visit, President Yala held discussions with President John Agyekum Kufuor on a wide range of issues. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Minister of Foreign Affairs saw him off at the Kotoka International Airport.
