Great Subinso Club donates items to Kumasi Children’s Home

Kumasi, June 24, GNA – The Great Subinso Club, a benevolent club in Kumasi, on Friday donated some items valued at four million cedis to the Kumasi Children’s Home. The items included rice, sugar, oranges, key soap, toffees and second-hand clothes.

Nana Kofi Agyeman, the Chairman of the club, said the donation was the club’s contribution towards the upkeep of the children and promised to continue making such donations to help in the maintenance of the children. Miss Mabel Boamah, a Welfare Officer at the Home, who received the items, thanked the club for the gesture. She appealed to individuals, churches, organisations and non-governmental organisations to assist the Home.
