Grace World Foundation donates to inmates of orphanages

Pastor Charles Sarkodie Director of Grace World Foundation, an NGO, has donated to three local children’s homes to let inmates to be part and feel happy during the Christmas celebrations.

The orphanage homes are Hannukah at Baakoniaba; Compassion for Love at Yawhimakrom; and the Social Welfare and Community Development, all in the Sunyani Municipality. Each was presented with a number of second-hand clothing and footwear.

Pastor Sarkodie said the decision to go to the aid of the inmates was a “call” by God, adding that the Foundation had made the donation for the past three years.

Mr. Moses Asagbo, Director of the Home, who received the gifts on behalf of the 42 inmates (20 males and 22 females) at Hannukah Children’s Home, said the youngest of the inmates was two weeks old and the oldest 16 years. He thanked Pastor Sarkodie for the gifts.

Receiving similar donation at the Social Welfare and Community Development School Mr. Emmanuel Wozuame, Manager of the school, was full of praise and wished Pastor Sarkodie and his Grace World Foundation God’s blessings in all endeavours in the years ahead.

Pastor Sarkodie later said the NGO had also made similar donations to the Osu Children’s Home in Accra and the Takoradi Orphanage in the Western Region.
