‘God will deal with corrupt politicians’

Head Pastor of the Sonlife City Church in Sunyani, Reverend Francis Agyapong, has, emphasised that corrupt politicians and public officials will not escape God’s judgement on earth if they overlook the wellbeing of the citizenry and allow them to die “needless death.”

Speaking at a ceremony in honour of Dr. Esinam Nyarko, a medical practitioner at the Regional Hospital, for her services to society expressed worry that basic necessities for quality healthcare provision is lacking at the various public health institutions in the country.

The man of God is unhappy that instead of successive governments to channel resources into the provision of modern medical devices and equipment to refurbish these health facilities, they lived ostentatious lifestyle, riding in classic and posh Vehicles.

“When You go to our hospitals, you have to even buy your own gauze…everybody will die one day, but foolish death isn’t suppose to happen to our people,” he said.
