God has dumped Ghana in the gutter – Eva Lokko

The 2012 Vice Presidential Candidate of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Eva Lokko says God is angry with Ghana.

The former Ghana Broadcasting Corporation Director General told Radio XYZ’s news magazine programme STRICT PROOF on Thursday that God has abandoned the West African country because it has failed to put to good use, the abundant natural resources it is blessed with.

“…God doesn’t like us anymore…God doesn’t like us because He has given us everything that we need and Singapore that has nothing, comparatively, is doing better than us,” she stressed.

Eva Lokko, who joined hundreds of demonstrators who marched on Thursday against “endemic corruption” in the Mahama administration, said the mismanagement of the country’s economy and its maladministration, justify God’s anger with Ghana.

“…Why should God be happy with us?” She wondered.

“So if we are religious, this is the time to get up and apologise to God and start fixing the country,” Eva Lokko advised.
