Ghana’s health facilities to go paperless

Ghana’s health facilities in the next few years are expected to go paperless in their operations.

To facilitate this process, a National E-Health Project with Bio-Surveillance has been launched at the Trauma and Specialist Hospital-Winneba in the Central Region.

The project will eliminate the folder system and ensure that patient’s data are stored electronically and can be accessed at any health facility across the country.
