Mrs Nkansah said ”by so doing we would be fulfilling the set goals in Ghana’s vision 2020 which borders on the need for improved national manpower holding.” She made the call at the fifth graduation ceremony of the Dita- dang computer training institute at the weekend. About 192 students who have successfully completed various courses of study graduated at this year’s ceremony and were awarded with certificates of merit.
