Number of Ghanaians have thronged the official residence of President John Mahama to console him as he is mourning the death of his mother.
The president´s mother, Madam Abiba Nnaba Mahama died Wednesday at the SSNIT Hospital in Accra after a protracted ailment.
The flagberer of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Akufo-Addo and Paul Afoko have also called on the President to console him on the death of his mother.
Madam Abiba Nnaba Mahama will be buried on Sunday, June 19, a family representative has confirmed.
