The leader of the little known organization, “Ghanaians Abroad Coalition” (GAC), has appealed to the government of Ghana to grant the Non-Profit and Non-Political “PATRIOTIC” Organization, police powers to collect “GHANAIANS ABROAD INCOME TAXES”, if parliament approves his proposed tax bill, which will compel Ghanaians living abroad and dual citizens to pay compulsory income tax to Ghana.
