Ghanaians have been patient with us – Mahama

President Mahama has expressed his gratitude to Ghanaians for their resilience and patience throughout the court proceedings on the election petition case.

He said unlike other African countries, aggrieved parties took to the streets instead of the law court to address their concerns over the election dispute.

The President who joined Muslims for the Juma prayers at the Kasoa mosque on Friday to express his gratitude said he is thankful to God for the victory granted him.

“If you have seen us here today, then it is because we want to thank God for granting us this victory.

“I want to thank all Ghanaians for being patient with us when we went through this difficult period. You don’t this kind peace in all countries”.
