Mankranso (Ash), March 12, GNA – Pastor Daasebre Nsiah-Appiah, the Mankranso District Pastor in-charge of the Seventh-Day Adventist (SDA) Church, has stressed the need for Ghanaians to avoid negative tendencies that impeded development.
He noted that the development of the country depended, to a large extent on individuals to contribute their quota to complement the effort of the government in the attainment of the objective. Pastor Nsiah-Appiah was preaching at a non-denominational service organized by the Ahafo-Ano South District Assembly at Mankranso at the weekend to mark Ghana@50.
He urged the people to use the occasion to bury their differences and reconcile with each other and geared their efforts at development. He advised the people to unite with each other to enable the country to move forward.
Mr Kwaku Obeng Boateng, the District Chief Executive, admonished Ghanaians to use the period to take stock of their activities and adopt measures to improve on their performances.
