Ghanaian busted in India for “419”

Warangal, India (The Hindu) — Indian police arrested a youth from the Republic of Ghana on the charge of collecting money from a local businessman promising him millions in return.
Superintendent of Police Soumya Mishra said Kwamena Apele and his associates established contact with Agarwal through Internet. The gang promised to help Agarwal win British global online lottery.
