The Governments of Ghana and Sierra Leone have signed a Memorandum of Understanding under which the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority(GPHA) will offer technical assistance to the Sierra Leone Port Authority(SLPA) for the rehabiltation and development of the Freetown port.
