Ghana second to Cape Verde in social amenities – Mahama

President John Dramani Mahama has said that Ghana was second to Cape Verde in the provision of social amenities to its people.

In an interview with Paul Adom Otchere on Metro TV, Mahama added that there was 80% electricity penetration and 76% access to water both in urban and rural areas.

Road infrastructure he said are also evidence of the social development taking place in the country.
