Ghana Princess Thanks Roy High Students

Salt Lake City, UT, USA –Roy High school students proved people can catch the spirit of service. They have assembled one forty-foot container of medical supplies, school supplies, clothing, toys, games and much-needed bicycles for orphan schoolchildren in Ghana

It started when they heard the wish of the visiting princess from Ghana for just one pencil for each child.

Princess Asie Ocansey: “I SAID IF WE COULD PUT ONE PENCIL UNDER THE TREE WITH EACH CHILD’S NAME, IT WOULD MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THEIR LIVES. AND ROY HIGH SCHOOL JUST WENT ROYAL ON ME! (LAUGHS)”

Princess Ocansey observed the collections, and expressed her gratitude at a student assembly this morning.
