Ghana Attends ACP-Eu Meeting

A four member government delegation left Accra on Thursday 23 October to attend the 25th session of the ACP-EU Joint Assembly in Lome Togo. The delegation, which is led by the MP for Asutife-North, Mr.. Baah-Danquah, includes Ghana’s Acting Ambassador to Belguim, the schedule officer for ACP-EU at the Ministry of Finance and an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Issues to be discussed include, the effect of the UN World Conferences on Cooperation between the EU and the ACP countries in the context of the Lome Convention, and the future of ACP-EU relations.
