Ghana – A Trouble Spot?

At a Rochester VFW pancake breakfast, US Democratic presidential hopeful Wesley Clark said the Bush administration is overusing the military, “using them for things we’re not best suited for.”
He pointed to countries like Liberia, Ghana, Cameroon and Nigeria as trouble spots where he said the United States should have helped take care of the people to avoid the instability that eventually required military responses.
