**PRESS RELEASE FROM GET TOGETHER MOVEMENT (GETOM) **
THEME: [Formation of Electoral Dispute Resolution Unit (EDRU)]
Get Together Movement (GETOM) is proposing the formation of Electoral Dispute Resolution Unit (EDRU) in every constituency to help resolve disputes arising out of elections. The membership of EDRU should comprise at least two members from each political party and opinion leaders (who are non-partisan) in the constituency. EDRU if well constituted and supported will go a long way to prevent electoral complaints from escalating into violence. All hands should be on deck to ensure a peaceful election in December 2012.
