German President Visits Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park

The President of the Federal Republic of Germany, H.E. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, paid a solemn visit to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Accra to honour the legacy of Ghana’s first President, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

He was received by the Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Hon. Yussif Issaka Jajah, together with senior officials from the Ministry and the Park. President Steinmeier laid a wreath and signed the visitors’ book in tribute to Dr. Nkrumah’s enduring contribution to Ghana’s independence and the Pan-African movement.

The visit formed part of ongoing bilateral engagements to strengthen ties between Ghana and Germany and promote collaboration in culture, tourism, and development.
