Mr. Botwe said the delegation would interact with the officials of the institute and observe the elections in the Netherlands on Wednesday.

They would also visit polling stations and observe the counting of the ballots. He said political parties in Ghana and the institute have signed the memorandum of understanding after a year’s discussion. Dr Dowuona said the seminar would afford them the opportunity to study the organization of political parties structure and how to generate funds.
