GEBSS to commence in Northern Ghana

Bolgatanga, Feb. 6, GNA – A training programme for 1,000 unemployed graduates who wish to set up their own businesses under the Graduate Business Support Scheme (GEBSS) would start in Accra sometime this month, February 2012.

The National Coordinator of GEBSS, Ms Enam Gbekor, disclosed this at the Fountain Gate Chapel in Bolgatanga at the weekend when she addressed participants at the annual Springboard Road Show.

GEBSS is a public/private partnership which seeks to achieve a reduction in graduate unemployment in Ghana by equipping interested graduates with business focused skills, knowledge and exposures to enhance their potential for self employment and entrepreneurship.
