A gay scandal involving several young men has hit Berekum in the Brong Ahafo region.
Photographs of young men having anal sex have been widely circulated in the town.
There are suspicions that the men are from the town but traditional leaders there are disputing the claim.
They have, however, issued a stern warning that anyone caught engaging in homosexual acts will be severely dealt with.
Starr News’ Brong Ahafo correspondent Michael Mfum Sarpong reports that the traditional council has stated that such acts would not be accepted in the region.
The young men who have had their pictures leaked have disappeared as the traditional council hunts for them.
