Accra, March 8, GNA – The Libyan President Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, has sent a congratulatory message to President John Agyekum Kufuor and the people of Ghana on the occasion of Ghana’s 50th Independence Anniversary.
The message released by the Libyan Embassy in Accra on Thursday said: “On the occasion of the commemoration of the Independence Anniversary of your brotherly country, I have the pleasure to extend to you on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Jamahiriya my most sincere congratulations and best wishes for continuous well-being and happiness, and for the brotherly people of Ghana further progress and prosperity.”
