French to support development in Ghana

Accra(Greater Accra Region) 12 Oct 1998 The French ambassador in Ghana, Mr Didier Ferrand, has reaffirmed his country’s commitment and support to the development of Ghana, especially in the areas of cultural and scientific exchanges.

Other areas include the protection of the environment, artistic creation, radio and television and industrial maintenance.

Mr Ferrand was hosting a reception for a team of 46 experts from France working in various sectors of the France-Ghana Cooperation.

Present at the reception were representatives of the Ghana Government, universities and teaching institutions, the press and artists. GRi
