‘Forcibly retired’ police officers congratulate Kufuor

Kumasi, Dec. 21, GNA – The 1993/94 Forcibly Retired Police Officers Association in the Ashanti region has congratulated President J.A. Kufuor on the occasion of his 66th birthday and also for his re-election as the President for the Republic of Ghana for a second term.

In a release issued on Monday and signed by Chief Inspector M.K. Tetteh (rtd), the regional organiser, the association expressed the hope that President Kufuor would do “wonders” in his second term in office, “a fact indicated by the massive vote he amassed during the just ended elections.”

“We pray that the Almighty God gives you strength and wisdom for Ghanaians to see the actual Positive Change Chapter Two,” the message read.
