Fomena MP thanks constituents for returning him to parliament

Fomena, (Ash), Jan 28, GNA – Nana Abu Bonsrah, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Fomena in the Adansi North District of the Ashanti Region on Wednesday gave the assurance that with commitment and steadfastness of supporters, the party would come back to power in 2012. The MP said this when he toured communities in the Fomena Constituency to express his thanks and appreciation to party supporters for their massive support.

“Such massive support from supporters and sympathisers of the party will be the driving force that will propel Members of Parliament and other leaders to keep on fighting till victory is won in 2012,” he said. Nana Bonsrah said he would continue to team up with the constituents and work together for the common good of the people in the constituency.

The MP, who outlined an elaborate programme to maintain a constant touch with the constituents, appealed to supporters of other parties, especially the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to help maintain the relative peace in the country.
