Flagstaff House budget bloated on delicacies – Koku Anyidoho

The opposition National Democratic Congress [NDC] Deputy General Secretary, Koku Anyidoho has accused the Nana Addo led government of using state funds at the presidency to feed family and friends.

He also claims that some government workers were not paid in the month of April – but when asked by NEAT FM’s morning show host, Kwesi Aboagye to name those workers, he was unable to.

“I don’t know but some workers went home without salaries. You can call those in government to ask them. Maybe Nana Addo [President] don’t have money to pay them,” he said.

Speaking on the ‘Ghana Montie’, Koku Anyidoho expressed worry over how Nana Addo is emptying the public purse on delicacies at the seat of government.

“Now, brunch and supper served at the Flagstaff House is fit for Kings and Princes, yet they can’t pay workers. Go and see the amount of money they are spending at the Flagstaff House on food. They are simply having fun.”

“President Nana Addo has bloated the Flagstaff House budget and enjoying with his family and friends,” Koku Anyidoho claimed.
