President John Agyekum Kufuor on Thursday directed that all flags should fly at half-mast on Friday in memory of former Vice President Kow Nkensen Arkaah.
Mr Arkaah, who died in the US last week, will be cremated there. A funeral and memorial service will be held at the Ridge Church on Friday afternoon.
