Five-day camp Methodist youth in the W/R ends at Half Assini

Half Assini (W/R), Aug. 26, GNA 97 The Jomoro District Director of Education, Mr Bartholomew Ofori, has appealed to the youth especially students to desist from practicing occultism, lesbianism and other social vices.

Mr Ofori said this at a five-day 10th Biennial senior and junior schools camping of the Sekondi Dioceses Methodist Church at Half Assini.

About 1,000 youth from 12 out of the 13 circuits attended the camp which was under the theme 93making the Kingdom of God your primary concern”.

He asked the campers who are mostly students from Junior and senior High schools to avoid other social vices that could undermine their education.
