Fishermen in the Gomoa West District of the Central region have threatened to invade the presidency naked over government’s failure to supply them with premix fuel.
Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, the 2014 National Best Fishermen, Nana Ekow Panyin gave government a week to supply them with the commodity or face their wrath.
More than five fishing communities in the Central region have been hit by premix fuel shortage and according to Mr. Ekow Panyin, the scarcity of the product in the past weeks has affected their livelihood.
