Fisherman helping police over wife’s murder

Anomabo (C/R), March 17, GNA – A 55-year-old fisherman, Kwame Nkrumah from Biriwa in the Central region is helping the police at Anomabu in their investigation into the alleged murder of his wife, Madam Ekua Korko.

Police sources told the GNA on Tuesday that last Saturday at about 0500 hours, Nkrumah allegedly stabbed the deceased with a knife and fled.

He was however, arrested with the help of some fishermen, but madam Korko died shortly on admission at the Central Regional Hospital.
