A 35-year-old fisherman has allegedly clubbed his wife to death at Awutu Breku over her failure to allow their son play a game on her [deceased] phone.
Narrating the incident to Nyankonton Mu Nsem, Rainbow Radio’s Nana Yaw Asare said the suspect; Emmanuel Akpeh accused her of cheating after refusing to allow her son to play a game on her phone.
This he said resulted into a fight. According to him, the husband hit the wife with the club till she collapsed.
She was however pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
The suspect has since been remanded in police custody and will reappear in court on December 6, 2017.
