Mr Kingsley Adjei-Manu, Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai District Chief Executive disclosed this to the Ghana News Agency at Bibiani. He said the projects had reached an advanced stage and was optimistic would be completed by the end of the year. Mr Adjei-Manu said about 146 kilometres of road network within the district had been rehabilitated to facilitate the transportation of foodstuffs to marketing centres.

He expressed concern about some of the contractors who undertook shoddy work and advised them to improve on their performance. Mr Adjei-Manu said the assembly had constructed some places of convenience and provided refuse trucks and containers for some communities as part of its efforts to improve on sanitation. The DCE urged the assembly members to educate the people on good environmental hygiene.
