Female MP’s will do better – NDC Constituency Candidate

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Offinso South Constituency of the Ashanti Region Julia Annor, wants constituents to mandate a female aspirant at the December 7 polls, to properly develop the constituency.

In her view, the male legislators over the period have not proven their worth to the disadvantage of the constituency and therefore believe she holds the key to the development of the area and should be given the nod.

Speaking at the second edition of #EIBoffinsospeaks held at the constituency, the educationist underscored the need for the voters of the area to entrust the constituency to a female candidate in accordance with the desire of the governing NDC.

“The NDC know the capability of women that is why women are always representing Offinso”, she said on the show hosted by Lantam Papanko.

According to her, the tremendous development projects embarked on by the incumbent government in the area, motivated her to contest and said she stands tall in her lobbying skills to consolidate what the party has already done.

“The good works of my party will see me voted into power”, she added.
