Farmers Union donates to Children’s Home

Kumasi, Jan 7, GNA- Kuapa Kokoo Farmers Union on Wednesday presented two million cedis to the Kumasi Children’s Home. Mr Kofi Agyen-Mensah, the Administrative Officer of the company, said it was part of its social responsibility to give to the poor, adding “It has become our tradition to visit and donate to the Home at the end of every year”.

Miss Victoria Asugnya, Supervisor of the Home, said the needs of the children go beyond feeding and that their education and future development should also be taken care of. She suggested to the management of Kuapa Kokoo to establish a project at the Home for it to be always remembered.
